CONGRESS DEPOSITS

 

  • Accepted until February 28th, 2019
  • $200/person toward Registration

A Deposit guarantees the registration price based on the date of your deposit if the balance of your registration is paid in full by February 28th, 2019.

CONGRESS FULL REGISTRATIONS 

  •  Full Congress (includes all taxes & gratuities for all Congress events)
    • until December 31st  $740 per person
    • January 1 to February 28th $790 per person
    • March 1st to Congress start $890 per person

All balances (less any deposits) and new registrations payable in full by February 28th,  2019.

*After this date, late payment of the balance due will be calculated based on the maximum Registration price.

CANCELLATION  & REFUND POLICY

Registration cancellations received prior to March 15, 2019, may be eligible to receive a refund less a $100 service fee.  There are no refunds for cancellations made March 16, 2019, or after. Refunds will not be available for registrants who do not attend and are considered a “no-show”.

Iolani Palace

Built in1882 by King Kalakaua, Iolani Palace was the home of Hawaii’s last reigning monarchs and served as the official royal residence and the residence of the Kingdom’s political and social life until the overthrow of the monarchy in 1893.
